We had brilliant advice from the estate agent which led us to put the house on the market even though it was deemed the wrong time of year. The advice was perfect and led to us selling the house on the first day of advertising. The whole team were very knowledgeable, calm and respectful. They were true to their word and did everything they said they would when they said they would. The process has been stress free.
